Why was I charged twice when paying by credit card?

You don't have to worry. This is a bank pre-authorization to ensure that the account has a balance and that there are no collection problems for the same entity. We, not being a financial institution, cannot legally withhold any amount.

In general, holds are released once refueling is completed. However, in some cases it may be delayed.

I have been charged 150€ but I have supplied myself with less quantity.

This situation occurs when you select the option. "Full." . Since we do not know how much will be provided from the beginning, a retention of €150 is made by the bank to ensure that the account has a balance and that there are no collection problems for the bank itself. When the refueling is completed, the retention is released and only what is actually supplied will be charged.

*For truck refueling at our Madridejos I supply unit, the preauthorization is higher and could amount to €400 if you select 'Full for trucks'.
