ANY QUESTIONS?

What benefits do I get as a fleet customer?

By registering as a fleet customer, you can manage all your vehicles centrally. This means you can:
  • Control and monitor the consumption of each vehicle easily.
  • Download invoices individually or consolidated by period, making accounting easier.
  • Add several vehicles under the same account and keep everything organised in one place.
  • Access competitive prices and enjoy a fast and convenient refuelling process.

What is the difference between regular amount and full tank?

  • Regular amount: You pay the amount you choose when refuelling, for example, £20 or £50. The system charges exactly what is supplied.
  • Full tank: You choose to fill the tank completely without entering an amount. In this case, the bank makes a larger pre-authorisation, as it does not know how much fuel you are going to refuel. Once finished, only the amount actually supplied is charged.
The main difference lies in how payment is anticipated: the regular amount is fixed, while “Full tank” requires a larger temporary hold.

Will any amount be held when I refuel?

  • If you select “Full tank”, the bank holds a higher amount while refuelling takes place and then only charges what has actually been consumed.
  • If you select a regular amount, only the amount you entered is charged and there is no additional hold.
Remember that these holds are managed by your bank and may take a few minutes to be released.

What should I do if I have a problem with the feature?

  • Contact our customer service team, available to help you with any issue related to your account or your refuellings.
  • Check the customer area or app to see whether there are any notices or messages related to your account.
Our goal is to make your refuelling experience fast, simple and hassle-free.
