Are additives added to fuels for higher quality?
Yes, for both Diesel A as well as for Lead-Free Gasoline 95 we use the Exolum's special additives *: HQ300 y HQ400 .

Can I pay by credit/debit card or cash?
Yes . All pumps in the Plenoil service station network are equipped with card payment terminals. Plenoil Service Station Network are equipped with card payment terminals and, for cash payment, there is a central terminal that allows both cash and card payment.

We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard and 4B , as long as they have a chip, for security.
What happens if I have refueled less fuel than I have paid for?
For credit/debit card payments:
With our system, you will be charged once you have finished refueling, so you will only be charged for what you have actually supplied.
For cash payments:
Important: the terminal does not return cash in bills and does not accept coins.
Follow the steps indicated on the screen and, in case you do not have change or the amount entered in banknotes exceeds the amount of fuel supplied, when you finish refueling, a check will be generated with the remaining amount for your next refueling.
I have a refund check and want to redeem it.

Why was I charged twice when paying by credit card?
